Financial

A $125 deposit is required at least 24 hours before your house call appointment. A secure payment link will be sent via text message and can be paid using Visa, Mastercard, debit card, or Venmo. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Any remaining balance is due in full at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans. We are happy to provide treatment estimates before or during your house call upon request. Pricing information is also available on our website.

Appointment Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your house call deposit. If we are unable to locate your cat or safely perform an examination during your appointment, we will discuss options and reschedule as needed. A new house call fee will be applied for the return visit. We encourage the use of pre-appointment stress-reducing medication for cats that are prone to hiding and being nervous. Please reach out to us to discuss if you think your cat would benefit.

Scribing

We use an AI-assisted scribing tool during house calls to capture medically relevant information and help maintain accurate, detailed medical records. This allows us to focus more on you and your cat while providing high-quality care. If you would like to opt out, please email us at info@phillycatvet.com.
